Allen was great! Thoroughly assessed my history & concerns. Listened to my goals and proposed a care plan to help me get there. A conservative approach per my request which will allow flexibility to cater to how I feel. Very professional and knowledgeable. Explained all components of my care plan and made sure I understood how to manage my care. Thank you! Update.... been a patient for going on 2 years. Consistently please with the care and attention to details. Staff listen to concern and address them with individualized treatment options. They follow up in subsequent visits (even when I forget I had a concern). Highly recommend Yoo Direct & my care team!
