Awesome patient care

I have been a loyal client of this esthetics practice for several years and have always had positive experiences with the providers. Recently, I began visiting the Montgomery location to see Christine, who has been wonderful. Unfortunately, my experience with the office's customer service, specifically with Tina, has been extremely disappointing. I contacted the office regarding a refund that I was told would be processed, yet more than 20 days later I have still not received it. Rather than receiving clear communication, timely follow-up, or a resolution, I was met with a lack of professionalism and customer service that was both frustrating and disheartening. As a long-time client, I expected much better treatment and communication. When a customer has to repeatedly follow up on a refund that should have already been processed, it reflects poorly on the business and leaves the impression that customer concerns are not being taken seriously. I sincerely hope management addresses these issues, as the quality of service from the providers deserves to be matched by the professionalism of the administrative staff.

The clinic is very well-located and beautiful. The staff are very kind and lovely—and I have to give a special shout-out to Lara, who administered my Botox and fillers. She is an absolute sweetheart—very professional and patient. I’ll be going back in two weeks to. review. From now on, I have the right person and the right clinic to perform my procedures.

Dr. Peete was amazing. I felt he really addressed all my concerns.

I experienced a breathing issue while in the office and the staff in the treatment room was very knowledgeable and offered an oxygen tank with Dr. Peete’s permission. He made adjustments to complete my therapy due to the situation. This showed caring and concern.

Dr Pete and his staff are amazing. He listens very carefully to your problems and helps you find solutions that work for you.

Dr. Peet is an expert in several treatment areas most will ignore. His listening skills are always sharp and his knowledge base well above the norm today; his nurse as well. I have referred several to this practice and personally won't use another, regardless of the hour plus drive. There is not another out there that compares. Highly recommend, especially those who are not comfortable with doctors anymore.Drs. Peet and Shaker are the 'real deal.'
