Updating my rating from 5 stars to 1 star. I was a loyal customer here, but their customer service when something goes wrong is appalling. Two years ago, I received filler next to my nose that was improperly injected, causing an immediate, noticeable bump. The result left my face looking unnatural and overfilled. When I requested a correction, management dismissed my concerns as a "difference in aesthetic preference" and falsely claimed the bump came from a previous treatment—even though this was my first time ever getting filler. While they eventually dissolved the area, I received zero apology and no refund. To make matters worse, the owner asked me to speak with the injector because the injector "felt bad," expecting me to comfort her instead. The lack of accountability is unacceptable, and I will never return. three years ago's comment--I found Wave very professional to work with. There is no much push to buy their service and their advice is generally reasonable and constructive. I especially like Pauline’s work- she is friendly, professional, and genuine. I’ve been quite happy with Wave.

I have recommended this place to lots of friends, good location, good service, nice people. In particular, Jenna’s aesthetics, skills and service attitude are very very good.
