I have been communicating with them about getting some under eye work done. They’ve reached out to me multiple times. The minute I sent them a photo of myself that they requested, all communication ceased. They also failed to call me for our scheduled consultation. I am a Black woman, and I have an Oakland ZIP Code! I have been discriminated against by this establishment.

Great experience overall. The clinic feels very professional and reliable, and the whole process was smooth. Wendy was amazing—very attentive, patient, and made me feel comfortable throughout.

My experience with Wendy is excellent. This’s my second Ultherapy treatment. It’s not much painful as others said, just a little bit and result is great. Definitely come again.

I did Ultherapy, Botox, and filler with Jenna and honestly had such a good experience. I’m actually a super cautious and picky person when it comes to anything on my face, she takes care of me very well!! She’s really thoughtful and takes the time to understand what you want, instead of just pushing treatments. I felt like she genuinely cared about what would suit my face best, and her aesthetic is very natural and balanced. Everything felt very personalized, which I really appreciated. She’s also very kind and easy to talk to, so the whole process felt comfortable. Highly recommend her, especially if you’re Asian, I think she really understands our features and what looks good without overdoing it. 💛
