From the very beginning, I felt like I was in great hands. The entire team was professional, caring, patient, and genuinely made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. What really impressed me was how much time they took to listen to what I wanted. I never felt rushed or pressured. Consultant Isabelle really take the time to explained everything clearly during our consultation, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with every decision. You can tell they truly care about their patients and take pride in their work. I also have to give a huge THANK YOU Dr. Lee and everyone I interacted with Romeo, Pauline, Thuy, Steven, Lisa and the entire staff was incredibly warm, attentive, and supportive. I truly appreciate the follow-ups with Dr. Lee as I can truly really feel his care for his patients and wants the very best results with multiple check ups and enhancing procedures. I had a great experience at the Rowland Heights location. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, and the consultant was professional and helpful. Nurse Annie did both my filler and Botox, and I was really impressed with her technique. For my filler, she treated my nasolabial folds and marionette lines with a 3D approach, and the results look very natural and balanced. Before doing my Botox, she asked me a lot of questions and carefully checked my facial movement because I was concerned about my brows feeling heavy or being pushed down. She customized the placement and also did a subtle Botox lift, which I really liked. Annie has a very gentle hand, and the injections were surprisingly comfortable. She is careful, detailed, and very professional. I’m very happy with my results and would definitely recommend her and the Rowland Heights team!

They took my prepaid money and wiped my account balance (>$2000) years later without any legal basis. They insist that I show prof of purchase but hello, who keeps receipt for years? My credit card company doesn’t keep records over 7 years either. YES, THEY KNOW HOW TO PLAY THE GAME. They keep giving me the same excuse that they don't keep medical records for more than 7 years. BUT, medical records and financial/billing records are two completely different legal concepts. Even if you purge medical files, you CANNOT legally steal my prepaid financial balance! According to consumer protection laws, prepaid credits CANNOT arbitrarily expire.
