I had a bad experience with the service and called the manager and completely ignored me besides overpriced. Don't recommend this place.
I had a nasty ingrown hair that I tried to get out myself on my neck and I just couldn't get it. Upon arrival it was found that it was turning into a cyst which could have caused further issues. I usually go through the VA for these kinds of things but they are always backed up months and take forever to get a consultation since you have to see your primary care doctor first. Best $400 I've spent. If you have anything like that just skip the dermatologist and come here and get it removed it's better that way.

Two days ago, I received Botox injections from Jennifer at the WAVE Rowland Heights office, and I was so happy with the result. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Jennifer and the nurse, as always, listened attentively to my concerns and injected where I needed them. I don't have the full results yet, but my face already looks younger.
