Wave Plastic Surgery

My first experience with Wave and Sculptra was back in 2020. Allowing someone to inject anything, especially something permanent like Sculptra, requires a certain level of trust. My first impression of Steven was that he seems professional, skilled and that I would be in good hands. We discussed my goal and which areas most needed to be treated. The procedure wasn’t painful at all just felt a bit strange. Fast forward after the swelling my resolved : OMG I was absolutely blown away by my results! I went from looking tired and flat templed to rested and plump. I did 3 vials over a few months and that was enough to give amazing results. I kept getting mistaking for 20’s and being hit on by young guys (was in my mid 30s) Wave charges nearly 20% more per vial than the center where I’ve done my botox and chin filler since 2019 but you can’t put a price on great results. I just did another round of Sculptra after a 3 year break (had 2 kids which aged me 20 yrs!) Looking forward to my results :) All this to say Steven is a GOAT injector and I highly recommend Wave. *side note I will say I almost docked a star due to being asked by the pic girl to pay before services. As someone who’s gone to several injection clinics including Wave many times, I have NEVER been asked to pay first. Really weird and made me uncomfortable tbh. If not for Steven being the only person I trust with Scupltra I would have declined and left :/

Dr. Denise has always been attentive and thoughtful every time I visit for an appointment. I feel like I can discuss any issue with her and she helps me understand the process of my procedures. Highly recommend referring those you know to her!!

This Dr. Denise Wong has no regards for patients waiting for her. This is the 2nd time she’s late, she’s not even at the office. There are 4 parties waiting for her and staff said she didn’t even respond to notify them of her ETA. The previous time, we’ve waited 2 hours before being seen. She’s only open for half a day and she doesn’t even show up. Very unprofessional. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Dr. Ben Lee is incredibly kind, informative, and highly talented. From the very beginning, he was direct, honest, and thorough, while also taking all the extra time needed to make an anxious patient feel safe, heard, and supported. I recently underwent a functional and cosmetic revision rhinoplasty that included spreader grafts, turbinate reduction, septoplasty with spur removal, tip plasty, and columella reduction. I’m still in the healing phase, but I know I chose the right surgeon and team. The entire Wave team has been exceptional. From my consultant to the LVN, nursing staff, and anesthesiologist, everyone went above and beyond to provide compassionate, professional care throughout the process. I also had a chin augmentation with Dr. Ben Lee in 2023 and had the same positive experience then as I do now. That consistency speaks volumes about both Dr. Lee and his practice.
