I’ve been doing research for at least two years. I came across wave plastic surgery by accident. I’m truly thankful that I did. What a first class Hidden gem ! They do not offer complementary consultations but since they had a good reviews I paid $100 to schedule a consultation for a procedure that I was interested in. At the end I couldn't attend the consult because I don't have the time for the procedure. I called them and asked how I could use that $100 that I had already paid. By phone they told me that I could use it in a facial and that I would only had to pay an additional $50. I accepted, scheduled the appointment and went. When I arrived they took pictures of me which I didn't like, but I signed so they wouldn't publish them. They analyzed my face and started my facial. On the way out they charged me $200 plus tip. I reminded them that by phone they had told me it was just an additional $50 because I had already paid $100. They refused, and said that the facial was $300 minus the $100 I had already paid. Obviously I paid, but I don't recommend coming here they give false details and prices. They offered me a free facial after I paid because supposedly they had a promo of buy one get one for free. I am definitely not going back. I am guessing it’s another catch to go back and charge more.

I always go there for 7 years. All staffs are excellent service, take good care and friendly. Dr. LEE has an good hand and very skillful with experience. Love love Wave
