Beautician Grace performs facials seriously and with great technique. The results are fantastic. Every time I finish, I look radiant and the lifting effect is very noticeable!
It's with a heavy heart that I have to say I will never go back to this place and I advised the same I've been going here for over 10 years I want to go back in for Botox and filler they told me the botox went up to 1 4. A unit they want to charge me $1,000 for a vial of filler they got rid of the people that I'm used to working on my face and wanted to tell me that I was forced to use somebody that I had no knowledge of them and to trust them they got rid of all the people that have been there for years that I felt very comfortable felt like a home environment so welcoming everybody is gone I do not have to be forced to use people that I don't even know if they know what they're doing so for this I will no longer step foot into the office
I have been wanting to have my earlobe repaired for quite some time. I had a double piercing which ripped through my earlobe creating one large slit, unable to wear earrings. I knew only reconstructive surgery could fix it. I always research my doctors regarding their specialty and medical background. I found a magazine at the grocery store which featured Dr. Andres as one of the top Plastic Surgeon doctors in the Phoenix area, not only once but multiple times! I also read about his medical school background and was thoroughly impressed that he attended Ivy League schools and did work abroad volunteering for Operation Smiles. I knew I was in good hands for reconstructive surgery. After meeting with him and his staff, I was comforted by his bedside manner and thoroughly explained the “easy” procedure. During the surgery, he walked me through every step. I told him I wish I could see what he was doing. He immediately asked his assistant to video tape it. I watched how he had such a gentle and steady hand, making precise incisions and sewing the stitches, like an artist at work! It was a quick 30 minute procedure and told me I could re-pierce my ear in a couple of months. After a week my sutures dissolved and I am well on my way to healing fast. It was an immaculate job well done. I highly recommend Dr. Andres for any reconstructive surgery. He deserves all the accolades!
I had a lower blepharoplasty and Wave Lift (a lower facelift with endoscopic dissection and facial muscle repositioning) at Wave Plastic Surgery three months ago, and unfortunately, I've been very disappointed with the results. Originally, I went in for a consultation specifically for a lower blepharoplasty. However, during the appointment, both Verana and Dr. Peter Lee strongly encouraged me to also undergo the Wave Lift, stating it would create a more balanced and youthful overall result. Verana spoke highly of Dr. Lee’s expertise, emphasizing his steady, skilled hand and how the Wave Lift allowed for precise repositioning of facial muscles, especially in the jaw and lower face, with minimal scarring. I was told that while it cost more, it was a long-term investment in my appearance and that I would be happy with the outcome. They also tried to upsell me on a chin augmentation, which I ultimately declined because it felt excessive for what I was initially seeking. While I understand that healing can take time, I'm still seeing issues that are hard to ignore. The right side of my face has several areas where it looks like fat was removed, leaving visible hollows, along with a small blemish-like bump and a dimple on my upper cheek — none of which were there prior to surgery. I used to feel confident favoring that side of my face, but now I find myself covering it daily with makeup and hair. The most troubling result has been the lower blepharoplasty. It seems excessive fat was removed from under my eyes, resulting in a sunken, hollowed appearance. Rather than looking refreshed and well-rested, I now appear more tired and aged — exactly what I was hoping to avoid. My primary concern going into surgery — clearly discussed during my pre-op consultation — was the lower portion of my face. That’s why I agreed to the Wave Lift. I had no interest in altering my upper cheek area, yet it now looks noticeably different in a way I never asked for. I'm also still seeing prominent buccal fat in the lower face, which I was told could be addressed, and I’ve developed unusual grooves at eye level on both sides that weren’t present before surgery. I have a follow-up appointment scheduled and hope some of these concerns can be addressed, but I felt it was important to share my experience. I expected more natural, balanced results — and a more thoughtful, patient-centered post-op process — especially from a clinic with such a polished reputation. Cost of Lowr Bleph: $7000 Cost of Wave Lift: $16,350 With other fees, total $28, 958
