From the very beginning, I felt like I was in great hands. The entire team was professional, caring, patient, and genuinely made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. What really impressed me was how much time they took to listen to what I wanted. I never felt rushed or pressured. Consultant Isabelle really take the time to explained everything clearly during our consultation, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with every decision. You can tell they truly care about their patients and take pride in their work. I also have to give a huge THANK YOU Dr. Lee and everyone I interacted with Romeo, Pauline, Thuy, Steven, Lisa and the entire staff was incredibly warm, attentive, and supportive. I truly appreciate the follow-ups with Dr. Lee as I can truly really feel his care for his patients and wants the very best results with multiple check ups and enhancing procedures. If you're considering doing something for yourself and have been nervous or putting it off, I HIGHLY recommend Wave! I'm so glad I trusted them and couldn't be happier with my experience and results. Unfortunately, my visit with Phoebe C. was very disappointing. She gave me information about fillers that I later confirmed with another staff member was incorrect. When I tried to clarify the discrepancy, I felt she became defensive and flustered rather than addressing the issue professionally or taking the time to explain it/ask other staff if she didn't know. I also did not feel confident during the procedure. Her approach seemed hesitant and unskilled to me, and I left feeling uncomfortable rather than reassured. Accurate information and professional technique are important when patients are trusting someone with a procedure. I have had consistently positive experiences with other staff at Wave Plastic Surgery! That makes this encounter stand out even more. I would strongly recommend requesting another provider other than Phoebe C.
