I just finished my full face and neck Ultherapy treatment with SAI, and I was so impressed that when I walked out, I told the front desk I wanted to book her for my annual Ultherapy for the next 10 years! 😊 SAI is excellent—actually, much better than I expected. Before starting, she took the time to sit down with me and carefully discuss my face and neck concerns. She explained what Ultherapy could realistically improve, as well as the areas where it might have less effect. She then marked the treatment areas on my face and neck and gave me a mirror so she could explain exactly what she was planning to do and why. I’m in my 70s and have had Ultherapy many times at different clinics over the years, so I have quite a bit to compare with. I can honestly say that SAI is the best Ultherapy professional I have experienced. Her knowledge, careful planning, and attention to detail gave me great confidence throughout the treatment. I also want to thank Jiajia, my patient consultant, who has been wonderful and very efficient in helping arrange everything I need at the Arcadia clinic. Everyone I have met at the clinic has been warm, helpful, and professional. It was an excellent experience from beginning to end. Thank you, SAI, Jiajia, and the entire team!

I always have my facial done in this location, all the staffs are great especially Aileen and Yuki, they are having great attitudes and techniques to help me improve my skin. I highly recommend you to try!

Wave has treated me so well, I could not help but to share my wonderful experience. From my consultation with Verana, their senior consultant and Teresa they were so sweet. Every worry, concern, question, pre op and post op care was explained in depth to me. Their staff from, Natasha to Jessica, treated me like family and I truly appreciate them so much. As far as their head surgeon, Dr. Peter Lee is the best surgeon you can go to for upper bleph and other procedures. I had pre existing conditions like Bells palsy and was worried but his expertise and knowledge is unmatched. It makes me emotional to think of the confidence Ive gained from my procedures.
