I have been a patient at Tucson Eye Physicians at least 20 years. My father was a patient with Dr. Kaufer for a long time. He passed in 2017. At the time there were two doctors, they were partners (I can’t remember the other doctors name). I had him for a few years and he decided to retire, so then it was Dr. Kaufer by himself. Dr. Peter Kaufer is a fantastic Eye doctor He has taken good care of me. I had cataract surgery. I was a little younger to have it, but he saw something in my eyes that I needed it. From where I live in Marana it is a drive to get to his office, but it’s worth the drive. I would say he is the Best Eye Doctor around.

The staff is very friendly. Dr. Kaufer addressed all my concerns with great knowledge.

Beginning with calling to making an appointment, reception and back office staff were all courteous, friendly and most of all efficient! Dr. Swanson was quite thorough and did a thorough eye exam along with addressing my issues. He took his time and patiently answered all my questions without my feeling rushed. I highly recommend Dr. Swanson and his staff for any eye issues.

I saw Dr Roy Swanson. Amazing surgeon. I had previously been told nothing could restore my vision because I had herpes of my left eye and it had scarred my cornea. Two days post op I can see.
