Traverse City Eye

It took over 4 hours for one eye appointment causing me to be late back to work. Ive tried reaching out about a random bill I've received, but I can not seem to ever get through - I have already paid 2 bills for this one eye appointment. When I was in to look at glasses, the lady helping us, quit helping and left in the middle and pushed us to another person who was already overloaded which caused even longer of a wait. My family spent all day at the eye doctor, it should never be an entire days event - I've never been to an eyes doctors office that has such little care for people and their time.

I have tried to cancel and reschedule a appointment twice. Both times l have put on hold, without a follow up call. The recording requests that no repeated phone calls be made. The staff continues to send me text messages regarding my original appointment date.l don't like doing business with a office that the commication is disconnected. It makes me not willing to trust the care and relationship of the staff and doctors.

Very clean, well kept office. However, both times I’ve had routine eye exams, I was here for over 2 hours. My eyes were already dilated so I couldn’t leave, both times.

My visits with Dr. Eby were very beneficial and personalized. She removed my cataracts and has been treating other conditions involving my eyes. I trust her implicitly with all aspects of my vision. I would be very upset if I had to find another provider for eye care.

First time eye surgery, needed both eyes done and they delivered more than they said the would. Very thorough and and staff was simply the best on every visit.

Traverse City Eye has such a wonderful group of talented,friendly, professional people on their staff. I couldn’t be more thankful for the care given to me through every step of my cataract surgery.

I elected to receive LAL adjustable lenses so that I could read and see distances without correction. The implant and adjustment period was lengthy, but in the end achieved my goal. All treatment ended yesterday, and I look forward to enjoying my new eyes.
