From the moment I walked into your office, I was met with a friendly receptionist and was called back into an exam room within minutes. Your intern asked if he could do my exam and Dr. Ben was amazing, explaining everything he was doing, using his great bedside manner and made me feel at ease. Dr. Leahy is always kind and professional and I appreciate that. Checking out was very easy, was even able to schedule next years appointment before I left! Keep up the great work and kiddos to all of you! 👍
My eye was hurting very bad . I was on my way to the emergency room and Traverse City Eye was in the hospital area . I went there and they took me right in . Gave me the right info prescriptions . Scheduled me for the next day to see how I was doing . Then scheduled another appointment 2 days later . Called me to check up on me . I had no vision in my left eye and it's coming back slowly . They really care about my vision . Incredible people and bussiness . If you have eye issues you better go to Traverse City Eye . Don't risk going elsewhere and regret it .
