New to me. My optometrist retired. I needed another eye doctor, so went to where my former doctor had joined. Waiting for new glasses. I was given a full explanation of my current ocular health and what I may need in the future as I get older.

The staff really show that they care about each person's individual needs. Friendly service and everyone says "hi" to you no matter what.

They were very nice and professional about everything I don’t have insurance they don’t accept cash so I paid with a credit card they were very nice about everything i filled out the health forms and it didn’t take them long to come get me for my exam the bathroom was nice and clean the building was a little crowded cool like a lot of office buildings so it would probably be good to wear long sleeves a nice environment in the clinic I’ll be going there every year now for an exam and new glasses I used to see a dr who retired they had his records for me and I should get my new glasses In about two weeks I always get the thinnest transitions lenses and I need progressive lenses now because I’m getting older and the woman who does the glasses orders was very nice and helpful it didn’t take long and I paid by credit card they don’t accept cash I think but it was all a very easy process from the beginning to end I’ll be going back every year now I picked up my glasses I love they were very nice and gave me a free cleaning cloth and case for them I’ll be back every year I collect eyeglasses only with the thinnest lenses progressive because I’m getting older and transitions lenses so they become sunglasses and darker in the daylight I had my newest pair before i visited broke and they fixed them for free super nice of them I’m going to be a loyal customer as long as they are located nearby
