Technicians were very thorough and listened well. The manager of these technicians at the Palm Voast location was caring, responsive and thorough as well. Dr Root was direct and emphatic when it comes to risks and benefits of practical medical service procedures such as cataract surgery. All excellent communicators. Make sure to bring your hearing aids if you have them. What Dr Root says to you is very important.

This is a professional and knowledgeable group of professionals who take the time to patiently answer your questions and concerns.And it goes past that; their entire staff is hands-down the most pleasant, courteous, and well-trained group of any health office of any kind that I have ever visited. They don’t miss a thing. On top of that, they follow up if they say they will. This is absolutely the best place to be.
