The Eye Centers of Racine and Kenosha

Thank you for looking at me like a piece of garbage when I walked through the front door. The woman you have at the optician counter is as sour as they come. I was then ignored for the entire time I was in the waiting room, even when I tried to approach the front desk. I wasn't acknowledged ONCE unless you count getting stared down as a greeting. Is this how you treat people? You should be ashamed of yourselves, you're definitely all old enough to know better. I'll make sure to let people know that you don't have a clue about customer service or human decency. EDIT 9-1: I already contacted you directly. It's obvious your staff chooses to be nicer to people at whim. I wouldn't set foot in your practice again if my life depended on it.

This was a follow up for an emergency appointment. The appointment was on time and the doctor was quite good at explaining my progress and options.

Dr. Jeff Banas is great! Very knowledgeable, efficient with his time, and detailed in his explanations. He always asks if I have questions, which I appreciate. His instructions to me when I first came for dry eye disease were exactly the right ones and the disease has been under control. The staff is friendly and efficient as well and moves patients through the process as quickly as possible.
