The Eye Centers of Racine and Kenosha

Very busy place but they get you in pretty quick. My Dr. was very friendly and explained my treatment plan so I could understand. Would highly recommend.

At both locations Always a terrible long wait , not good customer service and never return calls back Terrible customer service at both locations if your appointment is 10am you not leaving until 12pm or after 12pm always a long wait, my doctor ALWAYS Amazing that’s the only reason I kept going but the office and front desk at both locations is ridiculous.

The staff is very friendly. It takes a little longer time if you're there for a full exam, but otherwise they're great.

Dr. Jeff Banas is great! Very knowledgeable, efficient with his time, and detailed in his explanations. He always asks if I have questions, which I appreciate. His instructions to me when I first came for dry eye disease were exactly the right ones and the disease has been under control. The staff is friendly and efficient as well and moves patients through the process as quickly as possible.

Dr Singh is an incredibly gifted physician and eye surgeon. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Singh and his staff to others who are concerned about their eye care from annual review of their prescription to Cataract Surgery. I highly recommend this office without question.
