Friendly staff put me at ease. Dr. Sanka explained all procedures and answered all my questions. I was very pleased with this practice.

I would give them no stars if I could. You penalize clients for being late, but you can be running an hour behind and not tell any patience when they check in and then have an attitude with them because they have an attitude that they had to wait for an hour and twenty minutes past their appointment time, before they were even called back. And that was after they got up and asked about it. Then, just to have the doctor be rude and say, oh, you got added to my schedule for this. If we call your office for a concern and they put us on the schedule that is not a reason to have an attitude with us. Maybe don't overbook yourself and I don't really care if people were out sick. Because you should still be able to run an office smoothly with three people gone. When there was hell of people walking around talking about drinking and whatever else. They are very frickin', rude and you'll sit there forever, and they think it's okay, but don't waste their time, but they can waste yours.

I and my wife had excellent, positive and pleasant experiences at The Eye Centers of Racine and Kenosha. We had cataract and glaucoma surgery done here. The doctors and technician staff are amazing providers with compassion and care. We highly recommend this group to one and all. We thank all the staff for their excellent care.

Terrible place, waiting room was packed. I waited an hour and fifteen minutes for my appointment and then felt rushed once taken back. Left with a bad feeling and will not go back. Would not leave any stars if that was an option.

The staff is very friendly. It takes a little longer time if you're there for a full exam, but otherwise they're great.

Dr. Jeff Banas is great! Very knowledgeable, efficient with his time, and detailed in his explanations. He always asks if I have questions, which I appreciate. His instructions to me when I first came for dry eye disease were exactly the right ones and the disease has been under control. The staff is friendly and efficient as well and moves patients through the process as quickly as possible.

Very happy n satisfied with both of my cataract surgeries Dr Sanka is fast n efficient, the staff go the extra mile to answer questions n assist where ever they can n the office staff are always friendly. I recommend Dr Sanka n his staff to anyone needing eye care , I waited way to long to see a dr about my cataracts mine was a tuff case but in the end I am 100% satisfied I got my vision back !!

I had a tear in my retina. I was referred to the Eye Center one day and they got me in to see Dr. Coussa early the very next day. He performed a procedure to alleviate my issues. What more could anyone ask for? Bravo to Dr. Coussa and his staff and thank you!

Professional, accurate treatment of my vitreous floaters with a YAG LASER. I presented with black spots and cobb webs in my vision constantly. After a 5 minute, painless laser treatment, they are no longer in my vision. Super annoying floaters are simply gone! Very pleased and which I would have done this months ago! What a huge difference in how I see now. Super Happy!

Visit was scheduled on a timely basis. Supporting staff was friendly and provided guidance through the initial treatment process I found Dr. Sanka to be very informative, explaining things in an easily understood manner, and approachable with any questions.
