Love all the extra special care from Pam and Sam!! They are fantastic!!

The day of my appointment must have been overbooked. I was there for almost 2 hours for a 10 minute check-up with the doctor. Dilation was part of the appointment so that was 30 minutes. Certainly understand that sometimes extra tests are added to other patients appts.

Have been coming here for a long time, but the office has changed. Didn’t plan on waiting for over 2 hours from my scheduled appointment time. After finally seeing the doctor, with no apology what so ever! This has happened multiple times w/ myself & and my husband. We will no longer be a patients of Eye Centers of Racine & Kenosha.

I was referred to Dr. Sanka for my cataracts. I’ve only had two visits, with more to come. Dr. Sanka is the nicest, and he explains upcoming treatments. He explained what factors hinder my cataract surgery. I respect physicians who treat you like a person. Who explain why you need to follow the treatment plan. And can explain in non-physician speak. Dr. Sanka is a doctor who I will refer to friends and family.

It was my 1st visit for exam. Everybody I encountered was very professional and efficient. I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know.

The staff is very friendly. It takes a little longer time if you're there for a full exam, but otherwise they're great.

Dr. Jeff Banas is great! Very knowledgeable, efficient with his time, and detailed in his explanations. He always asks if I have questions, which I appreciate. His instructions to me when I first came for dry eye disease were exactly the right ones and the disease has been under control. The staff is friendly and efficient as well and moves patients through the process as quickly as possible.

Dr Singh is an incredibly gifted physician and eye surgeon. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Singh and his staff to others who are concerned about their eye care from annual review of their prescription to Cataract Surgery. I highly recommend this office without question.

My husband and I have been going to The Eye Centers of Racine and Kenosha for a very long time. The staff is awesome and all the doctors are top-notch. We trust them with all of our visual issues and concerns.

High level of patience and knowledge.

The person who gave me the field test and exam was proficient. She asked for help when needed and made sure I was comfortable.

As in the past visits over the years, they have been great. Knowledgeable people who explain so you understand clearly what's happening or going to happen. Feel very comfortable when I go for my appointments.

Stopped in eye center of Kenosha without an appointment due to having symptoms of retina detachment. They put me in as urgent and with a thorough examination determined it was most likely retinal tearing or detachment and immediately set me up with a retina specialist whom I was very grateful to be able to see immediately. They saved my site.

Everyone I came in contact with, from the front desk to Dr. Singh and his staff, were very helpful, courteous and thorough. Any questions and concerns were answered.
