5 stars for the doctor and Connie, 1 star for the two minions. The Doctor is a younger version of his father. Fantastic man!!! I would recommend his son highly to everyone. We were dumped onto a 25 year clinic employee Connie. Who was super after I was put into a very uncomfortable situation with my wife. My wife and I were subjected to the "bar room bouncer esque" clinic manager threatening to kick us out due to a fabrication from a nurse named Sheri. Apparently she mistook things that I had said during a very awkward and painful testing with a machine she used to test my peripheral vision. On my part I know I said nothing negative aimed towards her. Yet, we were lambasted by the overly macho "clinic bouncer" that we had somehow hurt her feelings. I have a follow up appointment in the near future within the clinic. If I find I'm dealing again with either Sheri or "the bouncer" I will walk. Michael J Kleinmeyer

Very good at their job

My son and I had an excellent experience at The Eye Center of Kenosha with Dr. Singh and the entire team. From start to finish, everyone was thorough and took the time to make sure I understood every part of our eye health and cataract treatment options for me and LASIK for my son. They gave us a complete overview of our eye health, which thankfully was excellent. I especially appreciated the videos and the wonderful packet of information they provided to help us understand the different lens options available for my cataracts and different laser surgery for my so , as well as what to expect during my pre- and post-op appointments. We never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. Connie and Frankie, our techs, were fantastic. They have been with this location for over 20 years and have a wealth of knowledge and made the entire experience comfortable. Dr. Singh took the time to explain all the details, answered our questions, and really listened to what would work best for my son and myself and our lifestyles. Highly recommend!

EVERYONE from the receptionist, Emily and Sara the technicians to Dr Sanka and Franky the asurgical coordinator were extremely helpful knowledgeable and friendly. A big thank you to all involved.

The staff is very friendly. It takes a little longer time if you're there for a full exam, but otherwise they're great.

Dr. Jeff Banas is great! Very knowledgeable, efficient with his time, and detailed in his explanations. He always asks if I have questions, which I appreciate. His instructions to me when I first came for dry eye disease were exactly the right ones and the disease has been under control. The staff is friendly and efficient as well and moves patients through the process as quickly as possible.

Very happy n satisfied with both of my cataract surgeries Dr Sanka is fast n efficient, the staff go the extra mile to answer questions n assist where ever they can n the office staff are always friendly. I recommend Dr Sanka n his staff to anyone needing eye care , I waited way to long to see a dr about my cataracts mine was a tuff case but in the end I am 100% satisfied I got my vision back !!

I had a tear in my retina. I was referred to the Eye Center one day and they got me in to see Dr. Coussa early the very next day. He performed a procedure to alleviate my issues. What more could anyone ask for? Bravo to Dr. Coussa and his staff and thank you!

Professional, accurate treatment of my vitreous floaters with a YAG LASER. I presented with black spots and cobb webs in my vision constantly. After a 5 minute, painless laser treatment, they are no longer in my vision. Super annoying floaters are simply gone! Very pleased and which I would have done this months ago! What a huge difference in how I see now. Super Happy!

Visit was scheduled on a timely basis. Supporting staff was friendly and provided guidance through the initial treatment process I found Dr. Sanka to be very informative, explaining things in an easily understood manner, and approachable with any questions.
