Very efficient check-in and I was seen in a timely manner. I believe that I received a very thorough exam and everyone is so friendly.

So thankful I found Dr Francis as I’ve had so many glaucoma specialists treat me for awhile only to find out they’re no longer there. I’m glad I got an appointment quickly as my pressure was very high. Dr Francis prescribed the eye drops I needed and my pressure is so much better already. I highly recommend him and Eye Associates of Teays Valley! My 3rd appointment was Tuesday the 7th if April and my pressure is down to 11! My eyes haven’t gotten anymore damage and they’re doing better than I expected this quickly. I’m so glad I found Dr Francis … He’s more thorough than any eye specialist I’ve been to! The staff is friendly and I highly recommend them!

Dr. Francis is top notch eye care, he performed my cataract surgery several years ago. I had worn glasses since I was in grade school, now I am glasses free, with the premium progressive lenses he placed in my eyes. I rarely ever have to put on reading glasses just to read the really small print on medicine bottles. Dr. Francis truly cares about his patients, examines my eyes with care and carefully explains any problems I may be having. The staff in The Eye Associates are the best around, and the diagnostic equipment they work with is state of the art. I would trust Dr. Francis and the people who work with him with my vision, and my visual life. They are the best medical team available, trust them with your eyes, too!

The service and level of care you receive at The Eye Associates is top notch. I have been a patient of Dr. Francis for years-even following him from his practice in Huntington to his current office. He gives one of the most thorough exams I have had, yet takes the time to explain any questions or go over my past tests and how I am progressing. I can’t recommend him or his staff highly enough.

Everything about this office is exceptional: from the parking, to the office personnel, and to the support staff that does all the testing and procedures. Dr. Francis is actually our family go-to for eye exams.

They know who I am when I walk in and the staff really awesome but my favorite part is Dr Francis he is super cool I love that guy!

The checkup was thorough, yet quick. I was in and out in an hour! Dr. King is on top of my eye health and that’s very comforting.
