First time and it was a very nice visit. The staff was friendly and the doctor was great. Very professional and would definitely recommend.

We have been patients for years and have been super satisfied. They take time to explain every thing in detail, no hurry up and push you out. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

He always takes time to explain what’s going on and appropriate treatment. He is a great teacher, and provides multiple treatment options. He is knowledgeable, thorough, very responsive and professional. I have referred family and will continue to do so. His staff is also excellent!!!!

Wonderful care and treatment by both Dr King and his staff. There is absolutely NO reason for Putnam County residents to travel to Charleston or Huntington for ophthalmology care. The location of this office for travel convenience, along with the local CAMC hospital is why I continue to see this medical practice. Recently when I had a non emergency but urgent eye issue, the staff was able to work me into the physicians’s schedule in a matter of a few days. Dr King has always answered to my satisfaction any questions that I have pertaining to my eye issues.

I see Dr. Charles Francis. This is the third location I have followed him. He takes such care of me. I recommend him highly.
