STAY AWAY!!!! If you have already had a consult the RUN AWAY! If I could give him zero stars I would! Dr. Downs did a “so-called” breast lift with implant exchange on me. It was the worst experience of my life! He botched it so bad and when I brought up my concerns, he made it my fault for “being fat”. Well, if that isn’t the pot calling the kettle black. He accused me of gaining significant weight since I originally came to him, and it took his assistant to tap him on the shoulder and remind him, that wasn’t me. It was the previous patient he’d seen that day. He mutilated my breasts and wanted to charge me an additional $7000 to fix his mistakes. At that point, I wasn’t letting him touch me even if he would have done it for free. I sought out another surgeon who I paid even more than the $7000 to fix his mistakes. The new doctor asked me who did this to me and when I told him he was shocked that Dr. Downs was still practicing because he’d heard such horrible things. I will be taking him to court to seek my money back. $11,000 is a lot to pay to begin with, but to end up mutilated is unacceptable.

Super happy during my appointment with Doctor Downs. Him and the staff members are so nice they answer all my questions and concerns. They made me feel so comfortable I wasn’t rush and I felt that I wasn’t bothering them. Excellent customer service skills. I highly recommend them!!!

I had a consultation here after having a terrible experience with a doctor at another practice. Dr. Macias was awesome. She put me fully at ease, listened to my concerns and wants, and left me feeling confident about her ability to help. Hopefully insurance says they'll cover my surgery, because I'm ready to have her do it!

My experience has been nothing but amazing. The staff is fantastic, they are always willing to help, kind and very supportive. Dr. Macias has excellent bedside manners and so incredibly kind and I am very pleased with my results. I am still recovering but very grateful for the positive experience. The entire team has been a blessing and if I may give a shout out to Anissa, who helped me so much in the beginning! Thank you! 😊
