When I went to doctor thurber I was almost blind in my right eye , after a tramatic experience being hit in the eye with a pair of vise-grips and a cataract in in left eye. I couldn't drive at night or when raining. After the care and surgery's , doctor thurber and his staff has made it so I now don't even really need glasses . I have 20/20 in my left and close to 30/20 in my right . I'm very grateful . I thank them from the bottom of my heart.

Dr Thurber's staff are intelligent and very kind and genuinely love their jobs, actions speak volumes. Dr Thurber himself is confident and makes you feel at ease about the procedure process . His prices are high if you are having a higher level of cataract surgery that insurance does not cover but if it means seeing without glasses or contacts again then it's well worth the extra money . The surgery nurses are great as well . I could not have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!! (Tina Cannette March 2026 )
