I have chronic headaches and migraines that make it hard for me to think, the front desk was extremely rude about this. I know I can be bumbling and aloof when my headaches are acting up but you would think someone working in a doctors office would have to the professionalism to be nice about it. The staff in the back wasn't rude but I did not feel heard. I was not warned that my eyes would be getting dialated, the last time I'd had my eyes scanned I did not need my eyes dilated to do so. I drove myself to the appointment. The nurse assured me that it would still be safe me to drive so I decided not to reschedule. Dr. Thurber was nice but he diagnosed me with a condition I've already been diagnosed with for two years. He tried to recommend me a medication for said condition that I already take medication for. And tried to recommend me to a neurologist when I've already been seeing a neurologist for two years. When I was leaving the girl who was scheduling an appointment for another test, I'm now worried is going to tell me something I already know, she handed me a paper to sign with no indication of which line I was supposed to sign. My eyes were dialated. I could not see anything directly in front of my face. I also received no eye coverage and had to struggle to find my car in the parking lot with dilated, light sensitive eyes. Thank God I keep sunglasses in my car. Or I really would not have been able to drive home. Looking at the other reviews I'm glad my experience doesn't appear to be the average experience, but I'm personally beyond dissatisfied.
Every single person was kind and took their time answering all of my questions. I live this clinic and will tell everyone to utilize their services!
