I chose them because of their board-certified surgeons and their convenient location in Plover. At my first consultation, Dr. Dembny listened to what I wanted and put together a very comprehensive treatment plan. It included every option that could potentially benefit me, but the total was more than my budget allowed. Looking back, I realized that I hadn't mentioned that I had a spending limit. Rather than give up on the idea, I scheduled another appointment to discuss a more affordable approach. That second consultation made all the difference. I explained my budget, and Dr. Dembny was understanding and respectful. He wanted to make sure I wouldn't be disappointed by choosing fewer procedures, but we worked together to prioritize what mattered most to me. We ultimately decided on my upper eyelids and a lower facelift, with the understanding that I could always consider additional procedures in the future if I wanted. One thing I really appreciated throughout the entire process was that I never felt pressured. I felt that Dr. Dembny genuinely listened to me and wanted me to be comfortable with my decisions. On surgery day in Neenah, every member of the staff was kind, organized, and professional. From the nurses to the anesthesiologist, everyone took the time to answer my questions and make sure I was comfortable. I also appreciated knowing that Dr. Dembny was taking the time he felt was necessary to perform the procedures carefully. Recovery has been much easier than I expected. Because I cannot take opioid pain medications, we discussed other options for managing discomfort. I have experienced very little pain overall, despite the swelling, and my recovery has been remarkably comfortable. I was also impressed with the clinic itself. It is professional, clean, and efficient without feeling overly extravagant. I appreciated that the focus seemed to be on excellent patient care rather than fancy surroundings. Although I'm still healing, I'm already thrilled that I decided to have this surgery. My experience, from my first consultation through surgery and recovery, has been overwhelmingly positive. Dr. Dembny took the time to listen to me, respected my budget, helped me prioritize what mattered most, and provided care that has exceeded my expectations. I would confidently recommend Dr. Dembny and his team to anyone considering facial plastic surgery. I'm very grateful for the care I received, and if I decide to have additional procedures in the future, I won't hesitate to return.

I have had two surgeries with Dr Van Ye, and I couldn't be more pleased with the care and results I received. The surgery center felt like a spa vs a medical type environment. The staff are all very kind and pay attention to detail. Over the top, I highly recommend!!!

Dr. VanYe recently performed a breast reduction on me and I am beyond happy with the results! At 45, I never expected that my breasts could look like this again. I suffered from hair loss after chemotherapy. Dr Van Ye and a team of talented technicians performed a hair restoration process together with a plasma treatment to encourage growth. The process took about 10 hours. I chose not to be sedated. Watched movies and chatted with the technicians to make the day go by quickly. After 2 months the results are becoming apparent and couldn't be more pleased. Dr. Van Ye and entire staff were so kind and responsive. I highly recommend The Center.

Dr. VanYe did a great job on my brow lift and also on removing a cyst from my lip. I also had face rejuvenation done by his technician and she was wonderful too! I liked all the people on his staff (I think I've met them all) they were a big help in answering all my questions too.

I have been a breast cancer reconstruction patient of his for almost 7 years now. I recently needed to have a few adjustments to my implant. I have the same opinion now as I did 7 years ago. He is a fantastic surgeon. He is compassionate, kind and a very skilled surgeon. He has always put me and my concerns first. I have been thrilled with my post mastectomy results.
