After thinking about a facelift for many years and saving for it I finally decided to schedule a consultation at The Center. I chose them because of their board-certified surgeons and their convenient location in Plover. At my first consultation, Dr. Dembny listened to what I wanted and put together a comprehensive treatment plan. It included every option that could have benefited me, but it was more than my budget allowed. Looking back, I realized I hadn't mentioned that I had a spending limit. Instead of giving up, I scheduled another appointment to discuss a more affordable approach. That second consultation made all the difference. I explained my budget, and Dr. Dembny was understanding and respectful. He wanted to make sure I wouldn't be disappointed by choosing fewer procedures, but we worked together to prioritize what mattered most to me. We decided on my upper eyelids and lower facelift, with the understanding that I could always come back in the future for additional procedures if I chose. On surgery day in Neenah, every member of the staff was kind, organized, and professional. From the nurses to the anesthesiologist, everyone took the time to answer my questions and make sure I was comfortable. The surgery was scheduled for nearly six hours, which confirmed that Dr. Dembny was taking the time needed to do the best work possible. He has been perfecting his craft for over three decades. Recovery has been much easier than I expected. Since I can't take opioid pain medications, I was prescribed Journavx, along with Tylenol as needed. I have experienced very little pain and minimal swelling and overall the recovery has been remarkably comfortable. What also impressed me was the Plover clinic itself. It's professional, clean, and efficient without feeling overly luxurious or extravagant. I appreciated that the focus seemed to be on excellent patient care rather than fancy surroundings. Visiting with Wendy has been a highlight of my visits. Although I'm still healing, I'm already thrilled that I decided to have this surgery. My experience from the first consultation through surgery and recovery has been overwhelmingly positive. Dr. Denbmy took the time to listen, respected my budget, prioritized my safety, and delivered care that has exceeded my expectations. I would confidently recommend Dr. Denbmy and his team to anyone considering facial plastic surgery. Dr. Van Ye and the staff at the clinic are so amazing, from the nursing staff (Bre & Lisa) to the support staff who make all things possible. Although I’ve never had surgery, I know that they are amazing also, from the nurses, to the techs, and the CRNAs. I am grateful they are here to support me in my wellness journey!

I had Botox treatment and have found the results to be excellent even after just a few days. Will be continuing for even more good results.
