I am forever greatfull to Dr. Kwon for squeezing me into his busy schedule yesterday! He took care of my issue and relieved the pain I was experiencing. Thank you Dr. Kwon !

A whole week trying to fill a prescription. CVS contracted them many times. I contacted them many times and yet no response.

I had bad staff service with this organization, they missed my ride at the surgery day, I have to drive myself to the place for my surgery, then I went back for post visit to the same center instead of the other place in North Andover, it was my fault and regardless all that, the associate from the laser center gave me a wrong address which led me to a crazy driving around town for 20 minutes. I think people who work for this organization need to improve their professionalism and service skill set. Please change your mindset come to work and stop the attitude of just getting a paycheck. Thank You for listening.

I was unlucky enough to experience a collapsed retina and thought they were going to refer me to a hospital. But they had a doctor on staff who was from Mass Eye & Ear, and he performed the surgery in their treatment clinic in NH. It was much easier than I thought it would be. They recently opened an office in my town (Newburyport). So it’s very convenient.

Staff is welcoming and friendly. Short wait time! Dr. Allen is professional and kind. Felt heard and respected.
