The staff are very helpful and pleasant. Dr. Maripuri always takes the time to listen and develop a treatment plan that works best for me.

Great doctor at the Haverhill office. However their front staff needs some training on professionalism with patients. My dad went in for an appointment and was treated very poorly, front desk staff was giving a diagnoses that was not what the doctor had mentioned. They were also questioning why he had been referred there by his PCP and tried to cancel his appointment. Instead of trying to help they tried to speak to us in a very demeaning way. Front desk staff would benefit greatly from learning how to have good customer service skills and not over step doctors decisions and referral.

Check in process is terrible ,and the person behind the window gave attitude when I said it’s bumping me out of it. Offer window check in as well if you have people behind a check in window anyway! The elderly have issues with the computer check in we should not have to get attitude. When you walk in the office the first thing you see is a sign (photo enclosed) saying aggressive behavior not tolerated! That should be for the office people as well. By the way that is a terrible sign to see at any doctors office,maybe at a prison but not doctors.it says that the aggressive behavior is common so that is because of your office personnel having bad attitudes to cause it.

Dr. Kwon operated on both my eyes ! I am so thankful the cataract was a success. I appreciate Dr. Kwon and respect him as a surgeon. I believe the care I got was great. I recommend Dr. Kwon highly.

The staff is professional and friendly and courteous, and caring The doctors care very much about your eye health. The optical shop is very helpful and professional.
