The doctors are great. But "Heather" who schedules the appointments is consistently the rudest, most condescending person I've ever talked to for a doctor's office. In all my years. I'll go many months between scheduling appointments, and she is still the same rude as last time I called to schedule. This isn't just a "bad day" situation. She makes us want to find a new doctor.

Would have given a negative 1 million if I could. Total discrimination. I was told that Dr. Eubanks-Meng will not take new patients who are on any controlled medication (anxiety, ADHD, etc.). Way to support your community and those who struggle with neurodivergence. I made it clear that I have a specialist who I see for the above. Was still told she won't take a patient who takes controlled meds. Absolutely disgusting for a medical doctor.
