Everything went great for the most part. I completed their very thorough pre-registration forms beforehand on their website. The website was a little glitchy for some parts, but I was still able to complete everything. When I showed up for my appointment, I was asked to complete paper forms with the personal info I already provided electronically. I began to fill out the paperwork, and after completing the first page, I was told by one of the technicians that the paper firms weren't necessary since I had already completed the forms electronically. I also found out that their restrooms aren't equipped with diaper changing stations/tables. But, overall, the technicians and doctors were great!
