Dr Gupta was very positive upbeat and energetic! I was extremely gratified to meet him for the first time and thankful for his very kind and considerate demeanor. He was methodical and measured during my eye exam and it made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Very glad I found him for my ophthalmology needs!

Appointment for 2:10. It is now 2:40. Of this place is running behind they could give a courtesy call. This is the second time in a month they’ve been running late

Dr. Gupta always takes the time to make sure I understand what my problem is and how we are going to treat it, the expected outcome and also the problems if the treatment plan isn't followed on my end. Very kind and personable. I always feel relaxed in his care.

I accompanied my 75 yr. old mother to her follow-up visit after cataract surgery. Dr. Gupta came in the exam room, did not acknowledge me at all. I introduced myself and told him I had been looking forward to meeting him the prior morning, right before or after mom’s surgery. He said he had to hurry out after the surgery. REALLY I had tons of questions about medications my mom should resume She’s a diabetic with other co-morbidities and diseases. Dr. Gupta told me, joking, or so I thought, that I was only allowed one question. But, when I tried asking multiple questions, he rushed out of the room to another exam room. When I told him to his face that his bedside manners were horrible, he said he had lots of patients to see. I will be seeking another doctor for mom because she doesn’t have to put up with Dr. Gupta’s lack of people skills. I am still irritated by his lack of concern and attentiveness. His refusal to talk with us and answer questions that his patient had. Just Terrible!

Dr. Gupta did a fantastic job with my cataract surgeries. The office staff was professional. I highly recommend them.
