Smart Eye Care

Very disappointed in Dr.Rubinchik office. I had a scheduled appointment today at 11a.m. which I made a month in advance. Got my referral took the day off, I traveled in from Long Island to Brooklyn only to find the office is being renovated today. I received no call,no text message. I called at 9:00 to confirm my appointment left a message received a callback at 9:23 a.m staff member gentleman confirmed my appointment. By VIA text( now they can text ) I learned while I was a block away the office is being renovated. Then they text person claims all patients were notified" LIES"..why in the hell would I commute if I was notified. Well as the saying goes every rain has a rainbow. I will no longer be a patient of Dr.Rubinchik. I requested my records. I have found a eye doctor on Long Island it was the push I needed. Now my doctors are all with NYU. Very tacky and unprofessional and liars noone called. Very disgusting to lie. I no longer have to concern myself. I advise people for awareness.Do not accept the unacceptable. As patients we hold all the cards. Staff takes us for granted. Never let a medical office disrespect you. Leave.. get another doctor. I did everything right.

The care that was provided for me it was amazing..My nurse I was given for that 30 minutes sorry for forgetting your name she made me feel at peace. I suffer from anxiety she took very good care of me I thank you.
