I get a yearly Springtime treatment (halo + BBL) from Jordan. She’s quite excellent!
While Dr. Mark and Beth are exceptional providers, the front-desk staff has made it impossible to remain a patient here. After 10+ years of loyalty, I am now searching for a new clinic due to the rude and hostile treatment I received upon arrival and when phoning. It is disheartening to be treated like a ‘criminal’ at a place where I’ve sought care for a decade. The back-office team is great, but a total overhaul of the front-office culture is needed. I can no longer recommend this site until the patient intake experience improves
They really make sure of the 100% client satisfaction . Isaac, is a very professional and caring person. I do recommend him highly. Thanks very much
