Lindsey is truly an angel on Earth. She is one of the most informative, helpful, knowledgeable, and personable practitioners I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She helped me create the most beautiful plan for my wedding Botox & made me look natural, thoughtful, and still slay. Jenna also helped me with wonderful facials and is equally amazing. I requested a consult through their website. Initially, I received a text message from Maria asking about when we could schedule a phone call. I replied with a window of time but didn’t hear back. Proceeded to have more messaging back and forth where unfortunately I had to continue to follow-up because of no replies/responses. Finally a phone call was scheduled (via text), however no one called at the appt time. I did have a missed call about an hour late, that I can only assume was this clinic based on the number, however no one left a message and I haven’t heard anything since. Disappointing and I guess I will go elsewhere. Update: I received a call from the clinic manager and she personally assisted me in scheduling an appt. She apologized and I also received a message from Maria apologizing. They seem intent on ensuring better customer service moving forward!
