I came in to get the SNT signature facial. The appointment was great and my skin felt good however, when I was handed the mirror to look at my skin my face was covered in circular marks that looked like hickeys. The lady who did my facial told me that the facial cups got stuck to my face. I think it’s ridiculous that I paid $175 plus a tip to be left with bruises on my face for 5 days. She’s even told me to just cover it up with makeup and laughed it off. Not to mention walking around in public looking like I got punched in the face.

I had the charcoal mask treatment. Very friendly staff. Overall pleasant experience.
