I highly recommend this practice, without reservation. Most dermatology groups can't see you for six months, and by the time the appointment comes around you've half forgotten why you made it. I called this office and got in within a week or two. You don't expect a doctor's office to be gracious. Everyone here is, from the front desk on up to the physicians, who are as friendly as any I've dealt with. Dr. Sethupathi is exceedingly polite. She won't close an appointment without asking whether she's answered all my questions, and when I answer, she's actually listening. She is completely present. The visits also run on time. I've never sat in the waiting room long past my appointment, and I've never felt rushed once I was back. I had a procedure done in the office as well. It was performed professionally and efficiently, and it healed very nicely.
Facilities were immaculate and clean. No wait for my appointment. All the staff were prompt and so pleasant. As a healthcare professional myself, it was such a breath of fresh air. Every one was knowledgeable and had the best bedside manners.
