The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Other staff were also professional and helpful. They take time to answer any questions you may have and clearly explains your care. The clinic is specious and always clean with an adequate amount of furnishing. My wait times usually are short, only a few minutes. I have been a patient of Silverstein Eye Center more than 25 years and is completely satisfied with my care.

I have a brother that has been battling stage 4 cancer in his neck throat and chest. The treatment has left him no voice, has to eat thru a tube and nearly blind which they were suppose to help with. He under stood he had a 200.00 copay and a 50 00 copay for the dr. When got there the day of the surgery after spending 200.00 for prep prescription that he doesn't have they told him the 300.00 he brought with wasn't enough. You guys need to be sure to let people know how much the cost is instead of exporting a patient at the last minute!
