I was treated with the greatest respect! All questions were answered. I felt very much at ease and I trusted in their professionalism.
Scheduled an appointment because I had scratched my eye removing a contact. After using antibiotic drops (which I already had), my eye seemed better. But, It still felt like something was in my eye. I waited over an hour before I was called back. I was questioned by a lady about my injury, then told to read the eye chart. I tried to explain that I was there to make sure nothing was in my eye, not for a routine exam. I was told "You have to do this -read the letters". Then I was escorted back to the waiting room where there were 5 people ahead of me. By this time I had been there 1.5 hours and not seen a doctor. I left. I called later to speak with the office manager about this experience. Left a voicemail. Call was not returned.
