Friendly, personable and does great work

I am extremely satisfied with the treatment I received at Sierra Nevada Eye Care. Staff were extremely supportive and professional. Dr was patient and willing to answer my questions and concerns. I am very pleased to have the practice as my eye care specialist.

I am dismayed to see that my review was deleted! And am also baffled as to all these positive reviews. I have had very few experiences as bad as I had with this Dr. her services barely surpassed a drive through check up. I was having genuine concerns and she did little to nothing to address them. I have had previous strokes in my eye and was worried it was happening again, No scans or anything more was done other than what I could have had done at an Walmart optometrist office. She refused to answer any of my questions and spent less than 10 minutes in the room with me and that’s a generous time table. I would never recommend her. The office staff is great but that’s about my best take away!

Very professional, caring, Pleasant atmosphere.

Dr. Westafer did my first cataract surgery. He explained everything and answered any questions I had completely. The surgery went great and I highly recommend him.

Dr Ansari, has helped me over the years and I do look forward to seeing her. SheIs thoughtful and explains well. She is honest, even when it is difficult. I trust her.

Compassionate care with pre-op, surgery, and post op. Excellent communication and professional skills. Thankful for relief of anxiety prior to surgery.

Dr. Westafer listens well and cares about his patients. Busy office and sometimes scheduling glitches, but worth it for the high quality care!

My appts. with Dr. Westafer and his staff are always prompt, professional and compassionate. I totally trust him to oversee and treat my eye health. He commutes from. Reno and I'm blessed to receive his care in Carson City, NV.
