Dr. Kris Shewmake and Jill Carlson, RN were my answer to prayer. I started my weight loss when I was 50, but at 66 I found my face and back with lots of extra skin. I no longer felt comfortable wearing tank tops in the summer and my face, although thinner, looked saggy and sad all the time. I had done lots of research looking at several doctors in AR and other states, praying for the right doctor. When I came across Dr. Shewmake, I called immediately to schedule a consultation. The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and treated me like royalty. Dr. Shewmake and Jill understood that I was looking for my best natural self. With a demanding schedule they were able to get me in for a bra strap excision in June, I had a quick recovery and made it to the beach in July. The light scar under the bra line is unseen. I highly recommend this amazing procedure. Sept 18 I had my face lift, quad bleph, liplift, and chin implant. Jill even came to check on me at the hotel after the procedure. She was my rock through the whole journey. I can’t say enough about the skill, professionalism, and care that you receive with Dr. Shewmake, Jill and this facility. I would 100% do it again, and completely recommend these procedures to any one that is ready to find your best self. These procedures have helped me regain my confidence. I went for a consultation recently and everyone was wonderful. I hope to be able to go back for procedures at some point , just not sure i can swing the cost right now! But Doc Shewmake is definitely worth every cent from all the work I have seen that he has done and he is a very likable person which is most important to me.

I had my first visit, consultation, yesterday. I was impressed with the attentiveness of the staff. Dr. Shewmake was very informative. He answered my questions and told me my options. He did a good job of explaining my treatment options. I will return for treatment once I determine some other health issues. It was a great experience!

Dr. Shewmake is not only an excellent surgeon, he also listens to the patient, their concerns and what type of result they are trying to achieve. His bedside manner is very kind and considerate. Even during Covid I felt everyone one of his staff were doing everything they could to be sure that Covid was not an issue in the main office and in the surgery center. I've had 2 surgeries with him 2 years apart and have been extremely happy with both of them.
