I had been going to Serenity for years and genuinely loved it, which is what makes writing this review so disappointing. Unfortunately, the practice has changed significantly, and my experience over time ultimately resulted in a complete loss of trust. The most serious issue was the medical care I received from Jodie, which ultimately resulted in me being hospitalized for four days. I have raised concerns about this multiple times, and Serenity has never meaningfully acknowledged or addressed what happened. I am still dealing with the aftermath and have since had to seek care from a thyroid specialist and a functional medicine physician, costing me thousands of additional dollars on top of what I already spent at Serenity. My aesthetic experience also became increasingly frustrating. I was originally drawn to Serenity because I wanted Cindy as my provider, but over time it became increasingly difficult to see her. I was also sold a series of EndyMed treatments for my arms despite repeatedly questioning whether it was the right treatment. After spending significant time and money, I saw essentially no improvement. I have since consulted with multiple other medspas who told me EndyMed was not an appropriate treatment for what I was trying to address. Even one of Serenity’s own practitioners expressed concerns from the beginning that it would not work for me. I relied on Serenity’s professional recommendations because I had trusted this practice for years. That is what makes this especially upsetting. I still have several prepaid treatments remaining, including Botox, BBL, Moxi, and multiple microneedling sessions, but I no longer feel comfortable receiving care there and have requested a refund of my unused balance. I have also tried multiple times to reach management directly and have not been given access to speak with them. I truly wish I could write the same kind of review I would have written years ago. Serenity used to be a place I trusted and recommended. Unfortunately, based on what I have experienced more recently, I can no longer say that. Also, many of their treatments are outdated. Go to a more advanced med spa.

I love going to this med spa. It is easy to get an appointment, the staff is friendly. The office is very professional looking and there is a lot of marketing materials around so you know all about their service. They also sell popular products.I highly recommend going!!

Her expertise and attention to detail identified previously undetected health conditions, making a meaningful difference in my care. She listens carefully, explains her findings clearly, and involves me in decisions, ensuring I feel heard, respected, and supported. Her professionalism, compassion, and genuine connection with patients set her apart. I highly recommend Jodi to anyone seeking thoughtful, knowledgeable, and patient-centered care.

Dr. Lisa was my point person on my most recent botox visit. Very pleased with my visit and it was good to see Dr. Lisa after a year or so. My facial diagram was on the screen so she knew where I usually get the injection. Thank you to everyone at the Post Street location. Great appointment with Nia Z. On Tuesday. It was super because she is also the rep for the product used for my appointment which gave ne comfort in her knowledge of placement when injecting. All the injectors there are knowledgeable no doubt and the rep has extra!!!! This recent visit was with Jeneil!!! She is my new go-to! My 1st time she mapped out my spots so that my recent visit was a snap! I went during my lunch and went back to the office immediately after! Updated for September 2026!
