I liked how the assistant gave me advice on taking vitamins to heal skin. I appreciated getting extra laying of numbing cream. I liked how friendly the nurse was and how quick she did my procedure.
I am adjusting my review of Serenity based on their functional health department. Do not trust your health with this department, especially if you have thyroid issues or other hormonal imbalances. Serenity is great for other services but not functional health.
This is the best med-spa ever!!! Beautiful venue, beautiful talented staff , friendly and great prices!!! I highly recommend serenity spa!
I was here for masseter botox. Pros: $11/units for botox (but they actually use xeomin) Cons: - The nurse was not experienced as I felt very painful during the injection. I had masseter botox at another place before and did not feel any pain at all. - The nurse assistant wasn’t very attentive. She took my photo asking me to frown and do face expression but I explicitly told them earlier that I wanted to do masseter botox only. I don’t think she read my chart before seeing me. - Long wait time. It took me 45 mins to actually see a nurse and she only came to do the injection.
