Had a great experience at Serenity Aesthetics & Wellness for Botox with Annie. From check-in to the actual treatment, everything was smooth and welcoming. Annie was amazing — knowledgeable, patient, and she really took the time to listen to what I wanted and explain everything before starting. The whole staff was friendly and professional, and the space is clean and relaxing. I felt comfortable the entire time and loved the whole experience from beginning to end.
