I had such a wonderful experience with Cindy at Serenity Aesthetics & Wellness in SF. From the moment I walked in, she was kind, personable, and incredibly welcoming. She took the time to explain everything beforehand, so I knew exactly what to expect and felt completely at ease. During my visit, Cindy was focused, attentive, and professional. She checked in with me throughout to make sure I was comfortable, created a relaxing atmosphere, and kept a great balance of being conversational while remaining completely in control of every step of the process. I always felt like I was in very capable hands. After the appointment, she gave clear aftercare instructions and made sure I understood any follow-up that might be needed. What really stood out to me is how sincere she is—it's obvious that she genuinely wants her clients to look and feel their best. She doesn't just perform a service; she truly cares about achieving the results you're hoping for while making the entire experience comfortable and positive. Additional shoutouts to "Kim" and Ingrid as well who were also very involved during my appointment. All were great in rounding out a top-notch experience in hospitality and customer care. And I love the results!

Went in for Botox special and a little filler. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable

Came in for lip filler and everyone was so nice and made me feel welcome. I've had 1ml done so far and it looks great in about another 3 months I'll be going back in for another .5nl touch up. Better going slow and building up results than doing it all at once!!!
