Dr. Bean truly went above and beyond. I went to the clinic at closing time for what I thought was an eye emergency. Reception told me I could not be seen until a couple of days later. Dr. Bean overheard my panicked dilemma as he was walking out for the day and agreed to see me. He took his time and had all the needed imaging done to reassure me it was not in fact an emergency that would mean vision loss if not treated on the spot. His professionalism and care for my concern exhibit true patient centered care.
