Dr. Winters is an excellent doctor he explained everything he was going to do .And my cataract surgery went very well I have had no problems and no pain and I can see very well now in both eyes.

I was born with degenerative myopia and macular degeneration. So my eyes were very bad Dr. Thomas the best doctor I ever had. He explains everything to you so, you know what's going on and the risk factors of doing procedures especially with me, he recently done the cataracts. In my eyes and has improved my eyes not by much. But for me, it's a lot is an excellent doctor in my opinion.
