The doctors and medical assistants are friendly and they explain what they are doing. The billing part of this office is not so good. They charged an exam for glasses to my medical insurance instead of my vision insurance and now I owe for a procedure that would be completely covered under my vision insurance. Trying for over two months to get them to file that claim correctly and they seem to ignore emails and calls.
