Dr. Greene is always professional, focused and provides individualized patient care. The rest of the medical staff is also very caring and user friendly.

I was greeted courteously and was seen on time. The staff was friendly and professional, and Dr. Bowman took his time with me and answered all my questions. Good experience with their optician.

I saw a Dr. Katherine Schlieper for a routine eye exam due to a change in insurance several months ago. Her bedside manner was okay, seemed rushed, and I didn't feel the glasses prescription she wrote for me was accurate. So, I waited until my insurance changed again so I could see my regular optometrist. Sure enough, Dr. Schlieper's prescription was WAY OFF, and I'm talking by several magnitudes. I'm so glad I didn't spend money getting the prescription made. I would NOT recommend going to her if you care for your eyes, and I hate to say this as another healthcare provider. Perhaps it is a lack of experience or she doesn't really know how to manage patients with overall higher power.

Dr Brooks is wonderful. I treasure him as my eye doctor. His staff always gets back to me quickly with any problems or questions I have Would not go anywhere else

I have been a patient at Richmond Eye Associates for approximately 8 years I have received excellent care and customer service at the Mechanicsville location. I started with Dr. Lumpkin and was switched to Dr. Holley when he joined the practice. Both have been responsive practitioners, who I highly recommend.
