Dr Bossen is very personable and takes time to explain your eye tests and procedures and answer all you questions. He does not make you feel rushed.

Dr Bossen saw me same day in an emergency, stayed until 630pm to get my pressure down and keep me out of hospital, then continued to see me, often in an emergency until he referred me to a specialist. Kind, respectful, patient and kinda cute. Staff too!

Dr Bossen did cataract surgery for my husband and he was very happy with everything. Would highly recommend.

Dr Phillips is an excellent doctor. He explains things perfectly and helps with whatever questions you may have! I would recommend him to anyone out there!

The moment I walked in the door, the admissions staff greeted me. There were four or five of them, no waiting to register. Once registered, it was only a few minutes before I was called back for the initial testing. Each testing station was superb. The last OT allowed me to sit in the room while she reviewed my history so she could tell the Doc. When he came in the process moved quickly. He examined my eyes, diagnosed the problem, (a bleeder) and prepared me for the injection that would stop the bleeding. The eye was numbed very well, Doc gave me a few instructions as to where to look. There was a minor pressure but the injection did not hurt or sting. When he left, I felt like I had been his grandchild having an ice cream. It was smooth and sweet. Highly recommended by a 76 year old grandfather of 6.

I had the best experience at RGB. I would recommend them to anyone. I had cataract surgery on both eye and I am amazed at the results. I can see so much better. The associates there are so friendly and supportive. Very professional.

Our eyes are very important to us in our day to day lives. I know only two of the doctors and numerous staff members and I trust my eye sight with them.
