A little long waiting to be called back but all employees are knowledge and kind. Dr. WOOD takes the time to answer all questions and explain so the patient understands. Great place!

The staff and Dr. We're wonderful. They explained everything so that I could understand what was going on and I felt comfortable with the procedure. I would highly recommend RGB for all your eye care needs.

My appointment took a little longer than expected, but I was told my doctor was running late in Surgery. I did not have an issue with that or if I had been the one in Surgery, I would not have wanted him to rush. After a few minutes. I was offered to see another doctor which was fine with me. I was not displeased with anything concerning my appointment. I would recommend RGB to friends and family.

The staff are very knowledgeable, polite, caring!! I think they are very thorough and I don’t feel rushed. And I’m so excited with the results of my cataract surgery! I haven’t seen this good at distances in I don’t know how long and my vision is so clear and sharp now!!

Exceptional care. The appointment was for my annual vision check. During review an additional issue was identified. Dr Plauche & staff worked to make a a same day appointment with Dr Harris to correct the issue. Both doctors provided personal, caring service. I highly recommend RGB .
