I wasn’t a patient and they saw me as an emergency on Sunday morning. The girl at front desk who also assisted the doctor was so pleasant and comforting. The doctor was also amazing and very informative. I can’t thank them enough for seeing me today. I was very emotional and scared and they were great with me! I highly recommend this office! I have been going to Retina Consultants for over 3 years. A tech has always called me in for my eye test within 5-10 minutes, and the eye pictures follow quickly. Sometimes there is then a wait for the eye doc, but then he is always thorough and patient with all of my questions. I had to have retinal surgery, and the facility is run extremely efficiently.
Staff is pleasant and responsive. Receiving PMB treatment and both PA's are wonderful and knowledgeable on the treatment. Very punctual as well.
I have been a patient with this practice for 20 years. I have recommended this practice to several people. They are friendly and very understanding about what you’re going through.
