Caring and professional staff were able to fit me into a next day appointment for a new visual episode. Dr Walter is always very thorough in his exams and explanations. I trust his expertise implicitly
I had a follow up appointment after laser surgery. In the middle my exam (door closed and lights off) someone opened the door & began discussing another patient. The Dr. stopped the exam, discussed the other patient by name in detail at length in front of me (clearly a HIPAA violation) the person left , shut the door and the doctor started over having to add new numbing drops after the interruption. I am sure they are good at what they do technically but I would not recommend this practice. Certainly would not want someone else’s information to be shared and certainly would not want someone else to experience having their exam interrupted during something as personal and upsetting as an eye injury. Please find a reputable private office near you.
Eye Dr discovered a tear in my retina at 11am and Retina Consultants found time for me to have laser surgery by 1:30 the same day, preventing possible retinal detachment. The whole office staff was wonderful!
Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Margolis is wonderful. Answers all my questions and gives out of his way to make sure my procedure is as painless as possible
