During my consultation for the Halo procedure, she took the time to explain everything thoroughly, including what to expect, pricing, follow-up care, and the overall treatment process. On the day of the procedure, Julianne she was just as kind, professional, and reassuring. She walked me through each step, making sure I was comfortable the entire time.I really appreciated that she personally followed up with me the next day to check on how I was doing.
