They take good care of you

I got to the office at 10:30 for a 10:45 appointment. After 1 hour of waiting I went to the desk to ask if there had been an issue or emergency. I asked if they needed me to reschedule. I was told no and that I was next. My name wasn't called until 12. They took me to an exam room asked some questions and did a short eye exam. The tech took my glasses to verify my prescription then brought them back and took me to a 2nd waiting room. I was taken to a different exam room and finally seen by Dr. Beffa around 12:30. He asked some questions, squeezed the infected lump on my eye lid then gave me treatment options. I chose antibiotics and steroid drops. He told the tech what to send to the pharmacy then left the room. From 10:45 to 12:45 I was treated as insignificant. I know that we aren't friends or family but I'm still a person who's time and feelings matter. I was referred by my primary eye doctor and was very disappointed. I called them when I got home to let them know about my experience and to request a referral somewhere else. I should have read the Google reviews before my appointment. I won't be back.

They are all very knowledgeable in all their jobs and takes the time to answer any questions you have.

Friendliness of Dr and staff. In and out of office in scheduled amount of time. Dr. Fitz removed cataracts from my eyes 3 years ago and my vision improved dramatically.
