I don't know what say?The overall health care provided by the said physician is connected to the credibility of the billing process, which includes the ability to discuss billing errors.Every time I tried to contact the office to discuss this charge I was transferred to an offshore phone bank. The submitted total amount for the health care service provided to my primary and secondary insurance was the same amount $457.42 when I called my insurers I was asked did you consider you deductibles? It seemed plausible so I paid the account balance with my credit card of $567.09. Basically I was charged $110 more for services that can't verified??? To add insult to injury a manager representative of the billing service(an offshore entity) asked that I provide my Medicare and Cigna account information. WHY WOULD THEY NEED THIS INFORMATION??? After all they merely send out bills??????????? PS - in my discussions with MEDICARE I was asked did you give the number.............????????????? NO I DID NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You asked for feedback .....................here it is................................
