Dr. Toomey came highly recommended by Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy for my 18-year-old's left ankle injury, and he exceeded our expectations. His bedside manner is exceptional—he was kind, patient, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. He took the time to thoroughly evaluate the injury, reviewed the X-rays taken in his office, and clearly explained the results and treatment plan in a way that was easy to understand.
