Pocono Eye Associates

I have nothing but positive comments about Pocono Eye Associates. The facility is extremely clean, neat, and well organized. The whole staff is very welcoming, friendly and professional. They listen to any of your concerns, questions or problems and very willingly and cheerfully find answers and solutions. Also there was never any pressure to buy the most expensive items available. It actually was a very pleasant experience and I would recommend this facility to anyone who is in need of an eye exam! UPDATE: I just returned for my annual review regarding eye sight and maybe needing new glasses. I'm still as impressed as I was on my first visit. A great place to deal with!

Dr. McCormick and the staff at Pocono Eye Associates have always been incredibly easy to work with! Everyone has always made me feel so welcome, they listen to my questions and provide information that’s easy to understand!

I had a weepy eye for three months. Then it got seriouse for a week and a half with pain, ichting ,swelling and redness. I was referred by the doctor who saw me, the month before and I am so glad I was! Dr. Payne was knowledgeable, took his time, found out just what was wrong. I decided when I come back in a week for my check up he and Pocono Eye will be my new eye doctor and eyeglasses place. It was clean professional and Rebecca the nurse explained everything to me . Everyone was extremly kind and helpful.

I had a truly outstanding experience with Dr. Carter. From the first appointment, I could tell that she genuinely cares about her patients. She always takes the time to listen carefully and answer every question without making out feel rushed. Her thoroughness and attention to detail gave me complete confidence in her care. Dr. Carter performed my cataract surgery, and everything went perfectly. The procedure was smooth, and the results exceeded my expectations. I'm so grateful for her expertise and the way she guided me through the entire process. If you are looking for a meticulous, compassionate, and skilled ophthalmologist, I highly recommend Dr. Carter!

Doctor Moore and Amanda were amazing! Very nice, friendly and helpful. Only downside is the workers at the front desk could look a little more happy to be doing their job.

I am writing this review to let others know about my experience with Dr Carter. Truth be told I was assigned Dr Carter for my visit, and now that my cataract issues are over I couldn’t be happier with that luck of the draw. Dr Carter was professional, efficient and kind. She was thorough in all her visits; and the process by which she works was and is impeccable. I am glad that I was assigned Dr Carter and if you are looking for a GOOD eye surgeon I highly recommend Dr Carter.
