Very happy about my choice of Dr Willis when I was looking for eye care when I moved to the Stroudsburg area. I needed cataract surgery and he was my surgeon and I've been with him ever since. He spends all the time you need during the exam and doesn't hesitate to answer any questions I have. I'm very pleased with him and Pocono Eye Associates and trust them with my eye care .

Her medical expertise is extraordinary. She Is thorough and explains each procedure she is performing. Dr. Carter is an excellent listener, compassionate, respectful, and kind.
