Where do I start? •Scheduled appointments were on time. •Megan was fantastic. She provided a thorough explanation of costs while offering many payment options. •Laura was extremely helpful and always pleasant. •The day of surgery is naturally very stressful for a patient. Jackie was my nurse and I was impressed by this young professional! I didn’t even feel her putting the IV in. •Dr. Babbit came in the day of surgery and what a pleasant surprise. He was in great spirits, shared that it was his son’s birthday. Funny how a little friendly conversation pre-op can change a patient’s experience completely. •I am 1 week post surgery and I feel good. The first week minimal pain, surgery site looks great. And so far I am very happy. Closing: I highly recommend Plastic Surgery of Southern New England!!
Dr. Babbit and his entire staff have been phenomenal! From the very first consultation to all my questions to surgery and to post op they have been nothing short of amazing. Dr. Babbit took ample time at each appointment to answer all my questions, address my concerns, and be super honest. He was never salesy … he actually talked me out of something I didn’t really need. I can’t say enough good things … 10/10 would recommend!
From the second I walked into the exam room to my 9-month follow-up yesterday, Dr. Babbitt and his whole staff at PSOSNE have been amazing. After being a bit discouraged by a different practice telling me that what I wanted was unrealistic, Dr. Babbitt listened to what I was looking for and did a thorough job explaining the whole process. Not only was the other surgeon incorrect, but Dr. Babbitt was able to deliver everything I wanted and more. Every time I look in the mirror, I see the body that I've wanted to be. I can't say enough good things about PSOSNE to anyone who asks.
