The nurses and front desk staff are great... friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. Dr Sprole, however, is not friendly nor courteous. Went for a "free" surgery consult, some time back, and waited for over an hour and a half to meet with her. Then I had a whole 10 minutes of her time to talk to me about spending over $18,000.00 for her services. No "bedside manner" at all...stiff, almost condescending and in a hurry (I guess because she wanted to get back to her "paying" clients). I will continue to use their services but would NOT use Dr Sprole as a surgeon.

I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Cameron from my very first visit. She immediately made me feel comfortable and took the time to truly listen to my concerns and understand what I hoped to achieve. What I appreciated most was how she worked with me to create a plan based not only on my goals, but also on what was practical and most likely to produce the best results. She never made me feel pressured. Instead, she clearly explained each treatment option, allowing us to make informed decisions together about the best approach. Dr. Cameron genuinely values what her patients want and does everything she can to help them achieve their goals while keeping the results realistic. I felt heard, understood, and confident in her care. I couldn’t be happier with my results and am so grateful for the time and attention she gave me. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a plastic surgeon who truly listens and is committed to achieving the best possible results.

So happy I chose Dr. Cameron. From the very first consult, Dr. Cameron, was patient, did not once make me feel like I did not belong there, (no one there did) explained everything clearly, did not rush our appointment and stayed and answered all of my questions. Surgery went smoothly, at my first follow up visit, Sarah attended to me and was extremely patient and did her best to put me at ease prior to removing my drains. She's the best!! Dr. Cameron was amazing as always following up, explaining in detail the healing and future process to bring me back to life. I highly recommend Dr. Cameron and her team. Dr. Amy Sprole and staff were absolutely amazing! I had to reschedule my appointment at the end of the year and they worked with us to make sure we were taken care of. The care was amazing and the results now 6 months post op are even better than what I had expected. I was referred to Dr. Sprole for removal of a wart on my left temple. She knowledgeably diagnosed the growth, provided options, and removed it on the same day because I had driven quite a distance. The incision is healing and any scar will barely show because of the way she followed the hairline. Stiches will be removed by my regular physician.

All the staff were very nice! Willing to sit down and listen.

Upon entering Dr. Sprole's immaculate facility I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and shortly after by a nurse. Throughout my first visit and my procedure I continued to be extremely impressed by the staff. They were very professionaI and their teamwork was evident. I was also extremely impressed by the cleanliness of the whole facility. I had previously heard so many great things about Dr. Sprole from acquaintances who had received surgery from her and I was certainly not disappointed. She immediately made me feel at ease. She took her time and really listened to my concerns and questions and gave me options with suggestions. The results of my surgery are better than I could have believed. I will wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Sprole to anyone.

I had a double mastectomy due to cancer, she was my plastic surgeon. My implants and chest looks terrible. She kept telling me they would settle and gave me injections to fill the problem spots. I just went to visit a new surgeon and he agreed it was a bad job but wants 12,000 to fix her mistake. Wish I never went to her, will never recommend her.
