Front Desk personnel at Plastic Surgery Center are friendly and efficient. Dr. Sprole is an excellent surgeon projecting a compassionate “bedside manner”; her staff is respectful, kind and considerate. The vibe is upbeat, yet serene. I highly recommend!

Procedure: Scar Revision Dr Sprole was fantastic. She was professional, informative and I left (both the consultation visit and the procedure) feeling that she really cared about my health. Because my concern is about another staff member, I will not let that affect my rating for Dr Sprole. My issue is with a phone call that I had with billing after my consultation visit. When I received a bill for an additional $340 (I had paid cash the day of my consultation) I was confused. Whoever took the call showed absolutely no empathy. Regardless of whether I was told or misunderstood, she should have shown patience and apologized. Instead, I had to tell her I was hanging up because I've gone from confused to mad with her behavior and did not want to say anything inappropriate. She might as well told me too bad so sad, you don't like it go somewhere else because that's how I felt after the call.

Dr Sprole is extremely talented in her work and spends plenty of time with her patients! Had face lift five days ago and I am already so amazed and grateful!

Botox procedure was done quickly & with added comfort of an ice pack & squeeze ball. Entire face was given pain free deadening cream which also added to the comfort level. Leann was great! But I was told over the phone my appointment was at 3:45 - not 2:45!

Victoria at PSC is so warm and professional. I always look forward to seeing her for my treatments.

I was referred to Dr. Sprole for removal of a wart on my left temple. She knowledgeably diagnosed the growth, provided options, and removed it on the same day because I had driven quite a distance. The incision is healing and any scar will barely show because of the way she followed the hairline. Stiches will be removed by my regular physician.

All the staff were very nice! Willing to sit down and listen.

Upon entering Dr. Sprole's immaculate facility I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and shortly after by a nurse. Throughout my first visit and my procedure I continued to be extremely impressed by the staff. They were very professionaI and their teamwork was evident. I was also extremely impressed by the cleanliness of the whole facility. I had previously heard so many great things about Dr. Sprole from acquaintances who had received surgery from her and I was certainly not disappointed. She immediately made me feel at ease. She took her time and really listened to my concerns and questions and gave me options with suggestions. The results of my surgery are better than I could have believed. I will wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Sprole to anyone.

I had a double mastectomy due to cancer, she was my plastic surgeon. My implants and chest looks terrible. She kept telling me they would settle and gave me injections to fill the problem spots. I just went to visit a new surgeon and he agreed it was a bad job but wants 12,000 to fix her mistake. Wish I never went to her, will never recommend her.

That she is an arrogant, person that calls herself a doctor. She did a terrible job on my breast reduction. It looks like a battlefield. She left ? That is 2x2x2'. In my left breast and it looks like I had a mastectomy. Can't wear a bra, Can't have a mammogram and I am in pain constantly. This was done the beginning of 2024. I heard since from other women, about how she ruined them too. Go anywhere else, she pretends to be a real doctor. When all she is interested is money.
