Since day one, they have provided my son with exceptional care, compassion, and love. Every visit has been a positive experience, and I am truly grateful to have such an amazing team caring for my son. Dr. Eric Packwood is an incredibly knowledgeable, loving, and caring doctor. He takes the time to ensure my son feels comfortable and supported, and his dedication to his patients truly shines through. His staff is absolutely amazing! They are friendly, warm, supportive, kind, and genuinely caring. My son loves going to his eye appointments, and that speaks volumes about the environment they create. Everyone treats him with respect, patience, and kindness. One thing I appreciate most is how they encourage my son to be independent and use his own voice when it comes to his care. They allow him to participate in his appointments and make his needs and feelings heard. I only step in when necessary, and I love that they support his independence because it means so much to him. As a mother, knowing that my child is being cared for by people who truly value him is priceless.
