Amazing staff they are very patient and kind with the kids who are a little nervous and talk to them through it. The doctor was amazing. He listened to everything we had to say and helped my children. We didn’t feel in a rush or like we were just another number to be there. would highly recommend pediatric specialist to anyone who is looking for care for their children.

Dr. Duff is amazing, kind and extremely patient both with my Grandson and myself explaining everything! Go to this practice they are EXACTLY what you are looking for.

This place is not horrible but my experience wasn’t the best. The person who came in the room to use the tool to measure my son’s eyes and dilate them never wore gloves which I didn’t like. Secondly she took measures and recorded them in his chart but never explained what they meant she said she wasn’t trained. I had to ask for the doctor to come back in to explain as they were about to allow me to leave without explanation. When I asked she said she’d get him and it took forever so I came out of the room and asked if he was coming back. She was sitting and talking in the front desk area and jumped up like she had forgotten. The front desk worker didn’t know how to schedule followup testing at the ft worth location as the doctor requested. It was a big mess and I left very frustrated. To spend $50 for a copay and barely get answers is diabolical. I left and found another doctor as I will NOT be returning!
